Strawberry Sundae Slice!

Base

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup walnuts

3/4 cup pitted dates (soaked in hot water, then drained)

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Throw it all into a food processor until combined.  It should be able to be pressed firmly into a tin and hold shape.  If too dry add a splash of water or almond milk.

Press into a lined tin and refrigerate.

Filling

1 scoop PranaOn Strawberry Sundae Power Plant Protein

1/2 cup yogurt of choice (we love coconut)

1/2 coconut cream

3 tbsp almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: Sweetener to taste

To decorate:

1/2 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh)

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. and sweetner if you like!

Pour mixture over base and press raspberries evenly into this layer.

Refrigerate for a few hours.  Before serving, allow to thaw at room temperature for 10-15 minutes until soft enough to slice.
