What is The Change Box?
The Change Box is subscription box service that delivers 5-10 carefully selected socially-conscious lifestyle products to women every month. The brands that we select are focused on changing the world through: Ethical and sustainable production, use of cruelty-free production methods and plant-based ingredients, and many of the brands we select for inclusion in the box donate a portion of their profits to charity.

Is The Change Box cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes. We believe cruelty-free, vegan products are extremely important and work hard to ensure that each product within our box is cruelty-free and does not use animal products.

How much is The Change Box?
The Change Box is $54.95 per month and shipping costs $3. You can also select 3-month prepay which is $154.83 ($51.61 per month) or 6-month prepay which is $291 ($48.50 per month). Both prepay plans come with free-shipping when the code FREESHIPPING is used. The one-off box is also $54.95 with $3 shipping and our Mini-Mystery Boxes (these are not always available) are $24.95 with $3 shipping.

When can I expect my box to arrive?
All boxes are shipped on the 10th of every month. If you order after the 10th (for example, on the 13th or 15th of that month) you may not receive a box if we are sold out. If we are not sold out we will contact you to ask if you would like that particular month’s box (or the next).

Will I receive a tracking number?
We currently ship our boxes with several different shipping companies depending on where you live and if you selected a parcel locker or PO box. Therefore, you may receive a tracking number and status updates or you may not depending on these factors. If your delivery timing is longer than 7 days (after the 10th of that month), please contact us at hello@thechangebox.com.au and we will review the tracking information to confirm the location of your box and ensure it arrives safely.

When will I be billed?
When you purchase your first box you will be billed immediately. This payment will be renewed on the 20th of each month, or every 3 or 6-months depending on your plan.

What if you are sold out?
If you purchase a box after we sell out for that particular month, don't worry you will receive the following month's box.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs $3 for monthly, one-off and Mini-Mystery Boxes. You can receive free-shipping for 3 and 6-month prepay plans.

Can I skip a month?
Yes. You can skip a month (or multiple if you are on a 3-month or 6-month plan)
What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime before the subscription renewal date on the 20th of each month. If you are on a three- month or six-month subscription you can cancel your subscription before the three-month or six-month cycle renews. Three-month and six-month subscription cancellation requests will be made effective at the end of the three-month or six-month period. Three-month and six-month subscriptions come with a discount and are therefore non-refundable.
